Bodywork & Contact Form

As of February 2026, I have completed my 600-hour course of study at the San Francisco School of Massage and received CAMTC certification to be a California Certified Massage Therapist!

Bodywork is a major career pivot for me. My first “serious” professional path was in technology: I studied Computer Science at Duke University, became a software engineer and then a software engineering manager. My mind had an aptitude for the complex problem-solving required for that line of work and enjoyed collaborating with others, but my heart and body have always felt called back to Nature, Wildness and the exquisitely soulful and life-affirming path of attuned embodiment.

For many years some of the greatest joys of my life have come through my visceral bodily experiences: summiting mountains, dancing, gardening, and expanding my strength and mobility through yoga and other movement practices. So many beautiful experiences of life are simple and completely dependent on a well-connected and healthy body: even just taking a full deep breath. Indeed, even our mental and emotional experiences are innately interwoven with our bodily experience. The body is “the temple of the soul”.

My soul has always been close to the Earth, and that’s where I’m happiest. The body is each of our own slice of Mother Earth’s vast wilderness. My hands-on bodywork practice is an act of reverent service, and is intuitive, contactful, attuned, and loving. My intention is to nurture the innate healing capacity of the body-mind-spirit, and to help facilitate inner reconnection and aliveness.
